Yonder is built around a simple principle: your data stays on your device. This policy explains what that means.
Nothing leaves your phone. Yonder does not have user accounts, servers, or a cloud backend. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
Yonder uses your device location solely to notify you when you arrive near a place you have saved. This works through iOS region monitoring (geofencing) and significant-location-change events handled entirely by the operating system on your device.
The places, notes, and reminder settings you create are stored locally on your device only. They are not uploaded anywhere.
Yonder uses local notifications only. These are scheduled and delivered on your device. No push notification servers are involved.
Yonder uses Apple's MapKit to display maps and search for places, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Yonder does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
